Contour TRL™ Microlaserpeel® & Nanolaserpeel™

Contour TRL™ Skin resurfacing, using an Erbium laser (2940nm Er:Yag), has become the most effective way to treat skin texture, deep lines and wrinkles. Skin resurfacing removes old damaged skin with fresh, healthy, youthful skin. Erbium lasers have a unique ability to give the practitioner precise control of the treatment. Clients can choose light, less aggressive resurfacing treatments, known as MicroLaserPeel® (up to 50 microns in depth) or NanoLaserPeel™ (between 4-10 microns in depth). The plastic surgeon can also do more aggressive deep resurfacing procedures that literally erase wrinkles, pigmented lesion and other skin irregularities in the epidermis (top layer of skin) and dermis (bottom layer of skin).

What is Skin Laser Resurfacing?

Deep skin Resurfacing

A more aggressive procedure that literally erases wrinkles, pigmented lesions and other skin irregularities in the epidermis and dermis.

MicroLaserPeel®

A minimal downtime, light resurfacing treatment limited to the epidermis that evens out skin tone, texture & color, and restores a healthy-looking, youthful glow to the skin.

NanoLaserPeel™

An even lighter, less aggressive skin resurfacing treatment with virtually no downtime.

What Conditions Can Skin Laser Resurfacing treat?

  • Mild to deep wrinkles
  • Fine lines
  • Peri-oral and peri-orbital rhytides (fine lines or wrinkles around the eyes and mouth)
  • Skin with poor tone and texture
  • Actinic keratosis
  • Acne scars
  • Post-traumatic or surgical scars
  • Benign pigmented lesions
  • Loose skin including loose skin around the eyes (upper and lower eyelids)

What Can I Expect From Skin Laser Resurfacing?

Results and post treatment downtime are directly related to the type of treatment done. MicroLaserPeel® and NanoLaserPeel™ treatments have little downtime with good results, while deep resurfacing will have longer amounts of downtime but will literally erase lines and wrinkles. Each individual’s results can vary as everyone will respond to the resurfacing treatment based on their own immune system. Current skin health, diabetes and smoking history can all affect the outcome and healing time.
